The name of the Company was subsequently changed to RHC Holding Private Limited on November 07, 2008. It is owned by Mr. Malvinder Mohan Singh and Mr. Shivinder Mohan Singh, sons of Late Dr. Parvinder Singh, former Chairman & Managing Director of Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited and current promoters of Fortis Healthcare Limited, Religare Enterprises Limited and other diversified businesses.
RHC is an investment company based in India with Net Worth of over USD 1 Billion. It is a Non-Banking Financial Services Company (NBFC), registered with the Reserve Bank of India.

Mr. Balinder Singh Dhillon is associated with The Singh Group (RHC Holdings Pvt. Limited) in an executive capacity. As Group President – Corporate Governance, he has supervisory responsibility over the governance functions. As a member of the group senior management team, he also develops and leads key strategic initiatives.
Having worked as counsel in practice and with corporate houses such as Hindustan Unilever Limited, INTRIA Items Inc., (a wholly owned subsidiary of CIBC Bank, Canada) and Fortis Healthcare Limited, he has more than 23 years of experience in corporate law, governance, risk management and strategic planning and implementation.
Balinder graduated from the Punjab University and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Bar Council of India. He holds a Master of Laws degree from McGill University, Canada. As a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, he completed his accreditation under a Certificate of Qualification equivalent to a Graduate of Law through the Law Faculty, University of Toronto, Canada. Balinder has in the past been associated with various corporate boards as a member.
Hemant Dhingra is a senior finance professional with multi-functional experience in diverse areas of corporate finance, treasury, legal, capital markets and mergers & acquisitions. He has working experience of about 25 years with various Corporates. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, both from Delhi University, and is also a Fellow member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
He has led many corporate activities, including the divestment of a controlling equity stake in Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited; the acquisition of some Wockhardt Hospitals by Fortis Healthcare Limited; the acquisition & divestment of Parkway Holdings Ltd. and listing of units of Religare Health Trust on the Singapore Exchange. He has also held the position of Interim CFO of Fortis during Financial Year 2011-12.
Nalin Nayyar is President – Strategic Initiatives at RHC Holding. Nalin has over 23 years of experience in the financial services industry across the U.S., Europe and Asia. He started his career in investment banking in New York with Citigroup, and spent six years in the financial services sector in the U.S. Thereafter, Nalin relocated to London in 1998 with Citi and joined Lehman Brothers in 2000. Nalin moved to India with Lehman in 2006 as part of the team that developed and grew Lehman’s India business. He returned to Citi in 2008, but this time in Mumbai.
Nalin joined Religare Enterprises in November 2010 as Head of Investment Banking for Religare’s India based investment banking business. He built a team of coverage and execution bankers across India with a focus on high growth mid-market companies across various sectors. In 2012 Nalin transitioned into a new role at Religare where he served as an advisor to Fortis and focused his efforts on strengthening Fortis’ balance sheet by raising close to US$2 billion through new debt and equity placements and the strategic sale of Fortis’ international assets. Nalin took over as the CEO of Religare Global Asset Management in January 2015 where he was responsible for providing oversight of a global alternative asset management business that comprises in excess of US$20 billion in assets under management across the U.S. and Asia. In February 2016 Nalin joined RHC Holding in his current role.
Nalin completed his schooling in India principally at the Cathedral and John Connon School in Mumbai and the Lawrence School, Sanawar. He obtained his BA degree (with Honors) from Middlebury College in the U.S. and has an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.
Gitanjali Gandhiok is the Group President - Human Resources at RHC Holding Private Limited. In her current role she helps build and drive the broader leadership talent strategies / initiatives. She has significant experience in leadership advisory services having spent close to two decades in the executive search industry, with firms such as Egon Zehnder and Odgers Berndtson. More recently she was with Microsoft leading their Executive hiring and succession planning strategy across IMEA. She holds a BA Hons. in Political Science from Lady Shriram College, and is a Masters in Business Administration from NUS, Singapore. She is also a certified life coach.
Varun has nearly two decades of diverse experience and has been associated with the healthcare, pharmaceuticals, consulting, telecom and IT industries and has rich experience in general management, strategy development, business transformation, M&A, business integration and technology. He is an industry leader with a keen focus on strategy development and implementation efforts to address critical business transformation needs.
Umang Chaturvedi is a seasoned professional with over two and a half decades of experience, encompassing the Agrochemicals, Textiles, Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare industries. He has led the Corporate Affairs function in these industries at Group and Global levels. He is adept in the areas of Corporate Policy, Public Affairs & Public Policy and Strategic Planning. Presently, Umang is spearheading the Corporate Affairs function as the Group President - Corporate Affairs in RHC Holding Company. He has held important positions in various Government Committees, Industry Associations and Chambers
His hobbies include Gardening & Bonsai, Composing poetry, Swimming and Travelling.
Krishnan Ramalingam is the Group Vice President, Corporate Communications at RHC Holding Pvt. Limited. He has over 25 years of wide ranging experience, covering the spectrum of Global Corporate Communication activities having worked in diverse multicultural environment at Sun Pharma, Ranbaxy, National Panasonic & Hawkins Cookers. He has significant expertise in building and managing organizations reputation and image, both External & Internal, as well as driving employee engagement programs CSR initiatives.
Krishnan has graduated from the Delhi University with B.Com(Hons) and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations from London School of Public Relations. He is a sports enthusiast and likes listening to classical & devotional music.
